My Story

In my head, I have imaginary people who live, and move, and act in a world of my creation. All fiction writers can say this. And, like me, they would probably tell  you those people and that place provide more enjoyment than real life, and that they can't wait to get back to them.

Me career started when I was a child. My mother tells me that I didn't like playing with toys, but I walked around with a pad and pencil, scribbling, which is why this journal is called Scribble. When I look back, I can see how escaping into my fictional worlds helped me cope with the ups and downs of life, and although I hope people read my words and those words have an impact on them, I would still find the act of writing a life-saving pleasure, and something I would never cease to do, if none of my words were ever seen.

I also enjoy reading the work of others and providing a platform to share their words. Stories that resonate with me cause me to feel and think deeply and inspire me to write. I'm thankful for these opportunities.
